Founded after the COVID pandemic by students and teachers of security engineering disaffected by a precipitous decline of UK higher education and failure of schools to teach important topics for life and prosperity in our rapidly changing world:

Origins
Boudica's roots are in the post-pandemic collapse of higher education in the UK and subsequent geopoltical shifts that undermine secure computing and reliable knowledge. We were founded to address an urgent situation of accelerating failure, of reckless deployment, failing leadeship, extrenemly poor cybersecurity education and loss of fundamental infosec values across muliple sectors. Our mission is to build civic cybersecurity capable of countering global cybercrime, spreading technofasicm and threats to national security.
