These days everyone seems expected to be an IT engineer and cybersecurity expert. Technology comes with increasing demands. Just to do ordinary things like banking, shopping and talking to family, we are forced to put our safety and privacy at risk. We understand how many people struggle and need extra support to secure their home technology and devices.

We have launched Home IT Consultations in Hampshire as a direct result of feedback from the community, local government and Age UK. The most important feedback was a simple question:
"Why should I learn these skills? Can you do it for me?"

Yes, we can.
Idealy we'd like you to take that knowledge, re-use it, and spread it. So it's an opportunity to learn as we talk you through basic secure device work.
Clients can call us whenever they need support with technology and our operative will arrive to resolve the problem, much like IT support in the workplace. We can manage compromised devices, secure home networks and personal devices working with clients at home. We strengthen security on devices which prevents most cyber-attacks and data breaches from occurring. If a cyber-attack has taken place we may be able to help clients recover their data and devices.
Technical Work and Costs
A 1-hour consultation at a cost of £75 and will work to secure home networks, smartphones, PC/Laptops and tablets. Our services include:

We aim to complete all work within a 1-hour consultation for no more than 3 devices. Further devices and management of large volumes of data may require a longer consultation and pre-planned customer actions - which is identified and discussed prior to any commitment. We provide a free security assessment and pre-visit guides to prepare devices before our engineer arrives to maintain privacy.
Who are the consultants?
Our consultants have worked in IT security before sharing their skills as trainers and consultants. Our consultants:
- Are educated to at least degree or masters level in cybersecurity
- Hold an Enhanced DBS Certificate and clearance
Our consultants have been approved to work education and all areas of society by the DBS service with an enhanced police check.
