Building on a basic compliance baseline, we can help you maintain it long term, by developing in-house knowledge and talent, so you won't need our help with the basics any more!
Our credo is personnal based. So we've no "AI" hot-tips to help you "efficiently" dump your sys-admins, rather to hire and educate some more.
We teach automation, of course, to those who are ready to use it, but for the mostpart unattended autonomus systems tend to become worse security problems quite quickly. To this end we teach the art of attention.
Our aim is to change your posture from responsive and passive to active.
This growth and development ("teach a man to fish") philosophy is as good for us as it is for you. It's a more cost-effective model than annual "audit and plug", which can easily become a 'shakedown' (a protection racket of sorts) that never grows your defensive capability.
Types of training
We offer varying levels of training to help you develop in the long term.
Cybersecurity awareness training
We know how poor current low-cost approaches to cybersecurity awareness are. Training by online quizes, "AI" video, phishing simulations… these don't work
It's definitely not effective enough to prevent a wide range of social engineering attacks. Plus, these attacks are advancing in complexity and damage due to "AI" favouring the attackers.
We've spent the past 5 years researching, writing and tailoring in-house training in varied workplaces, schools, public and community events which can be found through our PBS work.
We prefer in person training because we know that formal presentation by professional speakers on the subject is never forgotten or avoided. Our training is meant to have a long-term impact as it addresses how attendees interact with the internet in their sepecific workplace and at home, encouraging positive and secure digital behaviour.
As a simple entry point you can book us to train as many as you can fit in your meeting room, conference centre or lecture hall. This is supplemented by tailored digital materials you can share internally.

Workshops include presentation, Q&A, lunch break, coding and hacking exercises. For CPD these can provide accredited upskilling for existing technical staff. These are subject to travel, accessibility and other practical delivery factors and do not include these costs. Talk to us to find an arrangement that meets your needs.
Recognised course badges
So that firms have some common training standards to measure against, we track some well known landmarks, with whom we are registered delivery partners; CompTIA and Python ECG. In our opinion these presently make the best, vendor agnostic set of examinable skills, and do a good enough job of staying up to date.
With digital security as such a fast moving target some of the most skilled technical staff fall behind with changing processes, systems and polices. Divergence from the latest trends is often identified late, at the auditing and certification stage.
Having key staff enrolled on a well maintained, transferable qualification path is probably one of the best value prospects in terms of bang for buck.
We offer our own education materials that more than cover CompTIA and Python education milestones, as web resources with both text and lecture formats, focusing on exam preparation and neatly split into modules to make workplace training easier follow. Optionally we can do visiting support lectures at a similar rate to our day training.
Exams are taken online or through Pearson Centres. Trainees will only be put forward for an exam when we are confident they will pass and the first attempt is included in the per-head price for each qualification.
